- Facilitate vendor partner selections through RFP and analysis, negotiations, and contract administration
- Supervise vendor partners through planning, design, and installation
- Plan for long lead time items
- Facilitate progress reports and issue resolution
- Manage monthly invoices from all vendors, review and coordinate with Client or Landlord for payment
- Periodic field observation for scope and quality reviews
Move and Relocation Logistics
- Assist Client in selecting a moving vendor
- Contract administration
- Coordinate and oversee third-party move vendor(s)
- Move Contractor progress reporting and issue resolution
(Excludes physically moving items and actual move management.)
Close-Out and Quality Assurance
- Coordinate project acceptance and punch list
- Coordinate and monitor securing project completion documentation
