Momentum was born from a deep-rooted passion for building—whether it’s constructing teams, streamlining processes, or leading high-value commercial construction projects. Shaped by hands-on experience, military service in construction logistics, and decades of managing commercial projects for Fortune 150 companies, global real estate firms, homebuilders, and clients, we bring a strategic, process-driven approach to every project. Erik

Principal/Project Director

Erik Petersen prioritizes faith and family, cherishing nearly two decades of marriage and fatherhood. From childhood, he had a passion for building—whether it was Lego sets, go-carts, or later, teams and projects. Raised with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, he credits his parents for instilling a love of learning and construction. His time in the US Army and National Guard further shaped his leadership and logistics expertise. When he’s not working, Erik enjoys volunteering at church, cheering on his kids in sports, and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, or fly fishing.

Project Director

Dan Rondinelli is a seasoned construction professional with a deep passion for building and mentoring. A Colorado native, he enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and lake kayaking, embracing the outdoors whenever possible. His love for the industry extends beyond the job site—he has educated future leaders as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University and co-authored technical papers on construction management. Known for his leadership and commitment to safety, Dan has played a key role in shaping teams and fostering professional development. Whether on a jobsite or in the classroom, he is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the industry.

Angela is a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a passion for organization and problem-solving. With a strong background in construction support and logistics, she ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her ability to coordinate teams, manage schedules, and keep stakeholders informed makes her invaluable to our team. Beyond the job, Angela enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or simply exploring new places. Her commitment to efficiency and teamwork helps drive successful outcomes for every project she touches.
