Hello there! I'm Erik Petersen, the principal of Momentum Real Estate Services and Momentum Handyman. Above all, I prioritize faith and family, cherishing the joy of being happily married for nearly two decades and being a proud father to two incredible children.

My journey in construction and real estate was shaped by my service in the US Army and the Army National Guard, where I worked in construction and engineering companies. During college where I studied religion, I assisted neighbors with various home repairs and maintenance tasks. I've built career experience in residential homebuilding, managing commercial construction tenant improvements for a global Fortune 150 company, and leading a commercial construction service line for a global real estate consulting firm. During the 2024/2025 school year, I also taught construction trades at the EPIC Campus in the Littleton Public School District.

I have a growth mindset, a passion for the construction industry, and a love of building and fixing things!
